Residential Life Assistant
To develop student residents’ leadership and cultivate their sense of commitment to supporting the developments of Residential Colleges (RCs), we are recruiting mature student leaders as “Residential Life Assistant” committed to work with RC Management Team and Student Affairs Office on maintaining the Residential Colleges as a safe, warm and supportive living-learning community.
RLA shall undergo pre-service and on-the-job trainings. He/she will be offered with a guaranteed residential place in RC throughout the appointment period.
