Application for University's Arranged Off-Campus Accommodation in 2026/27

Eligibility

Postgraduate students to be enrolled in the Semester 1 of the academic year 2026/27 with the completion of student registration are eligible for applying the University’s arranged Off-Campus accommodation in 2026/27. Non-HSUHK members are not included for application.

How to Apply

Eligible applicants will receive invitation for application along with the student registration. With limited availability of bed places, applications will be allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis. Submission of application does not mean the application is successful. Successful applicants will be required to settle the payment to secure the offer. Except for the refundable deposit, all fees paid are not refundable.

Announcement of Move-in Arrangement: 14 Aug 2026

Residential Period

19 Aug 2026 to 5 Aug 2027

Fees and Charges

HK$111,860 (including a refundable deposit of HK$15, 980#)

#The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided that the Hotel Accommodation Tax exemption (approximately $1,500 per year) has been granted, resident has not broken any rules implied by the Regal Riverside Hotel, caused any defects and the check-out procedures have been followed accordingly.
