The University offers off-campus accommodation for full time undergraduate and taught postgraduate students at the “Regal Riverside Hotel“. The University coordinates with a private housing operator for the rental of some Off-campus Accommodations to cater for students who have a genuine need to live. 

Regal Riverside Aspire House is a brand-new serviced student co-living and youth apartment brand launched by the Regal Hotels Group in 2026. Located within the Regal Riverside Hotel in Sha Tin, the project transforms traditional hotel rooms into a high-quality residential community specifically designed for non-local university students and young professionals in Hong Kong.

To ensure the health and safety, the operators and the Student Affairs Office expect the residents will observe house rules of the building, as well as the regulations suggested by the University.
