Off-campus Accommodation -
Sunny House
The University offers off-campus accommodation for eligible full-time non-local undergraduate students at the “Sunny House”. The University coordinates with a private housing operator for the rental of some Off-campus Accommodations to cater for non-local students who have a genuine need to live in Hong Kong.
Operated by Wang On Properties Limited, Sunny House is close to Diamond Hill and Kai Tak MTR stations and only take 10 minutes to reach shopping malls, restaurants and local restaurants nearby. There are shared kitchen, laundry room, movie room, co-working space, study room, game zone, BBQ area, etc.
To ensure the health and safety, the operators and the Student Affairs Office expect the residents will observe house rules of the building, as well as the regulations suggested by the University.
