Scenery
42.8% of the Residential Colleges is covered by green landscaping elements, including vertical plantings and rooftop gardens.
Bamboo has a fast growth cycle and therefore is ecologically friendly material.
It is extensively used in the production of the furniture, curtains and wall panels of the Residential Colleges.
Renewable Energy Systems
We apply renewable energy systems in rainwater and grey water recycling system, air-conditioning, and lighting.
Green Rooftop & Solar Panels
Our rooftop is fully covered by plants.
112 solar panels are installed on roof, saving 4.25% of total annual building energy consumption.
